You should use the SMBULK website exclusively in compliance with all agreements established with Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, or any other social media platform, in accordance with their respective Terms of Service. Please note that SMBULK rates may be subject to modification at any time without prior notice. The payment and refund policy will remain valid even in the event of rate adjustments.
SMBULK does not provide a guarantee for delivery time or a specific drop rate for any of its services. We offer our best estimate for the expected delivery timeframe. Please be aware that this estimate is approximate, and SMBULK will not issue refunds for orders that are still in the processing stage, even if you believe they are taking longer than anticipated.
All orders that do not include a refill period are not eligible for refills, even in the event of a 100% drop either upon completed or while the order is in progress.
Please also note that the period for refilling orders from services that offer refills is calculated from the date of placing the order, not from the date of order completion.
If your order experiences a drop, please wait until we refill it or issue a partial refund before placing a new order. If you submit a new order while we are still reviewing or working on your order, please note that we will consider the refill process to be completed. In this case, we will not cancel your order.

In case your order drops below the start count, it means that your order has decreased due to another service, and we cannot refill it or cancel it until the quantity is settled to the same as the start count or more.

In the case that your order drops after it has been completed by a service with a refill option, we will strive to refill your order within 24 to 48 hours. We cannot partially cancel your completed order, and you must wait for us to refill it.
Please refrain from ordering the same (Page, URL, or Link ) from multiple services for the same purpose or ( from another site ) simultaneously before your initial order for that link is completed. Such actions may lead to an inaccurate count of followers / likes / views, and we will not refund for these orders.
We base our revisions on the start count and the requested quantity. For instance, if you submit two requests simultaneously to the same link and service or another service for the same purpose, the starting count will be the same for both requests, and both orders will be completed together, but the total count may be incorrect.

SMBULK makes every effort to meet the expectations of our resellers. In certain situations, we reserve the right to modify the service type if we believe it is necessary to fulfill an order.
Any malicious or abusive actions may result in the suspension of your account with us. Users will be given a grace period to use their remaining balance before suspension. Creating a new account after suspension will lead to the termination of that account, even if it contains a balance.
In the event of a problem with your order, please wait for 24 hours before reporting the issue to us. We typically require up to 5 working days to resolve the problem. You must provide the necessary evidence and data requested by the support team if it is needed to address the order issue. If such information is not provided, we may be unable to resolve the issue and will not be responsible.
SMBULK will not be liable for any damages that you or your business may experience.
SMBULK is in no way liable for any account suspension or picture deletion by platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, or other social media.
SMBULK is exclusively intended for promoting your Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, or other social media platforms, with a primary focus on enhancing your online presence.
We do not provide a guarantee that your new followers will engage with your content. Our assurance solely pertains to delivering the quantity of followers you have purchased.
We do not guarantee that 100% of our accounts will have a profile picture, a complete bio, and uploaded pictures, although we strive to make this a reality for all accounts.
You should not upload anything to the SMBULK site that includes nudity or any material that is not accepted or suitable for Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, or other social media sites.
If you place an order, and your account is "Private" and the order is completed without us being able to send anything, it is considered your responsibility. We will not be held liable, and the payment made will not be refunded. Please ensure your account is "Public" before making an order.
After placing an order, we are unable to edit or change the link or URL unless it is within our capabilities. If you delete your page, account, video, change it to "Private" or modify your username, or if the account is closed, we won't be able to review your order for a refund, refill, or cancellation in such cases. Please take note of this policy.
Your balance on SMBULK cannot be refunded. Once a deposit is made, there is no way to reverse it. You must use the balance you have on SMBULK. This means that once you deposit funds into your account on the website, you cannot refund this amount to your bank account or payment method. Instead, you must use this balance to purchase services on the website itself.
After making a payment and placing an order, you agree that you will not file a dispute or initiate a chargeback against SMBULK through PayPal, credit card, or any other payment method for any reason.
Clarification: This means that once you make a payment and place an order, you commit not to request a refund or file a payment dispute through the payment method used, whether it's PayPal, a credit card, or any other method, regardless of the reason.
If you file a dispute or request a refund from SMBULK after making a deposit, we reserve the right to cancel all future orders, prevent you from accessing our site, and remove any followers or likes we have provided to your account on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, or any other social media platforms, whether for yourself or your clients.
Orders placed on SMBULK cannot be refunded or canceled once they are placed. You will only receive a refund credit to your SMBULK account if the order cannot be delivered.
Orders that are placed incorrectly or on a "private" account will not qualify for a refund. Please verify each order before submitting it.
Fraudulent activities, such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards, will lead to the termination of your account without exceptions.
This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information.
Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order. We will not sell or redistribute your personal information to anyone. All personal information is encrypted and saved in secure servers.
