By placing an order with SMBULK, you automatically accept all the below-listed terms of service, whether you read them or not.


We reserve the right to change these terms of service without notice. You are expected to read all terms of service before placing any order to ensure you are up to date with any changes or any future changes.


You will only use the SMBULK website in a manner that follows all agreements made with Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, or other social media site on their individual Terms of Service page. SMBULK rates are subject to change at any time without notice. The payment / refund policy stays in effect in the case of rate changes.


SMBULK does not guarantee a delivery time or a drop rate for any services. We offer our best estimation for when the order will be delivered. This is only an estimation, and SMBULK will not refund orders that are processing if you feel they are taking too long.


All orders without a refill period are not refillable, even if they face a 100% drop after completed or while in progress. Please order services with a refill.


Please also consider that The period for refilling the orders from services with refill, is calculated from date of place order, and not from the date of order completion.


In the case your order have drop, please wait for us to refill or partial refund your order before placing a new order.

In the case that a place new order is submitted during the review or work on your first order, we will see that the refill has increased and been completed

We will not cancel the order in this case.

In the case your order drop below the start count, it means that your order is drop from than another service, and we cannot refill or cancel it until the count is settled with the same start count or more.

In the case that your order drop after it has been completed from service with refill, we will work to refill your order within 24 - 48 hours. We cannot partially cancel if your order is complete and you must wait for us to refill it.


Please do not place an order for the same (Page, URL, or Link) on multiple services for the same purpose or (from another site) at the same time before your order for that link is complete first. Doing so may result in an inaccurate number of followers / likes / views, and we will not refund these orders.


We base our revision on the starting count and the required quantity. For example, if you send two requests at the same time to the same link and service or anoter service for same purpose, the starting count will be the same for both requests, and the two orders will be completed together, but the total count will incorrect.

SMBULK tries hard to deliver exactly what is expected from us by our resellers. In this case, we reserve the right to change a service type if we deem it necessary to complete an order.


Any malicious/abusive actions can cause your account with us to be suspended. Before suspension, users will get time to use their remaining balance. Opening a new account after suspension will cause your account to be terminated, even if it has a balance in it.


In the case there is a problem with your order, you must wait 24 hours before submitting your problem to us. We usually need a period of up to 5 working days to solve your problem. You must provide the evidence and data that the support team needed if it needs it to solve the problem of the order, in case it is not provided. We may not be able to solve the problem and disclaim our responsibility

SMBULK is in no way liable for any account suspension or picture deletion done by Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, or other social media.

SMBULK will only be used to promote your Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, or other social media site and help boost your "Appearance" only.


We DO NOT guarantee that your new followers will interact with you. We simply guarantee that you will get the followers you pay for.


We DO NOT guarantee that 100% of our accounts will have a profile picture, full bio, and uploaded pictures, although we strive to make this the reality for all accounts.


You will not upload anything into the SMBULK site, including nudity or any material that is not accepted or suitable for the Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, other social media site.


If placed an order and the your account is "Private Account" and your order was completed without sending anything, then this is your fault, and we are not responsible and the amount paid will not be refunded!.

Please make sure your account is public before ordering.


After placing an order, we cannot edit or change the Link, URL unless it's within our capabilities. If you delete your page, account, video, or change it to "Private" or change your username or if the account is closed, we won't be able to review your order for refund, refill or cancel in this case.

Please pay attention to this policy.

No refunds will be made to your payment method on SMBULK. After a deposit has been completed, there is no way to reverse it. You must use your balance on orders from SMBULK.


After paid and placing an order, you agree that you will not file a dispute or a chargeback against SMBULK from Paypal, Credt Catd, Or any other payment method for any reason.


If you file a dispute or charge-back against SMBULK after a deposit, we reserve the right to terminate all future orders, ban you from our site, and take away any followers or likes we delivered to your or your clients Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, or other social media site.


Orders placed on SMBULK will not be refunded or canceled after they are placed. You will only receive a refund credit to your SMBULK account if the order is undeliverable.


Misplaced or "Private Account" orders will not qualify for a refund. Please confirm each and every order before placing it.


Fraudulent activity, such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards, will lead to termination of your account without any exceptions.

This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information.


Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order. We will not sell or redistribute your personal information to anyone. All personal information is encrypted and saved in secure servers.
